1. turn off your computer
2. remove all connected cables from cpu (vga cable, power cord, keyboard,mouse, etc)
3. open the cpu case
4. find the ram and video card
5. clean the gold surface on the ram and video card (use the pencil eraser to remove dust on the gold surface of the ram and video card.
6. insert the ram and video card on other slot on the motherboard
7. try to ON the computer.
